At DeCheeso, we take great care in ensuring that your order arrives fresh and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping details below.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. To help ensure product freshness, we usually ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may be held for shipment until the following Monday to avoid extended transit times.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Our shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the delivery address and delivery service selected at checkout. Rates are provided by the shipping carriers through Shopify’s carrier rate calculator. Delivery estimates shown at checkout do not include processing time.
How It Works:
- At checkout, you'll see available shipping options with rates provided by our shipping carriers
- The final shipping cost depends on your chosen delivery method (standard, expedited, express, etc.)
- Rates are calculated based on your delivery address and selected service level
- We add a small handling fee to cover packaging materials and processing
What You Pay:
Your total shipping cost = Carrier's calculated rate + Our handling fee
We don't offer fixed shipping rates or predetermined service tiers. Instead, you can choose from the available carrier services for your delivery address and select the delivery option that best fits your needs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates provided by the carrier are the most accurate way to monitor delivery status and estimated arrival date.
Packaging & Freshness Guarantee
To ensure freshness, all cheese products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs. If your order arrives compromised, please contact us immediately.
Customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating products after delivery. We recommend monitoring tracking updates closely and avoiding leaving packages outside for extended periods after arrival.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or reroute packages.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number first. For further assistance, reach out to our customer support team.
