What makes DeCheeso cheese different?
DeCheeso offers premium Italian cheese made using traditional methods and the finest sourced milk. Our cheeses are naturally aged, free from additives, and packed with bold, authentic flavors.
Are DeCheeso cheeses made with pasteurized milk?
Some DeCheeso cheeses are made with unpasteurized milk and are aged in accordance with FDA requirements applicable to raw milk cheeses.
Are DeCheeso spreads pasteurized?
No. DeCheeso spreads are unpasteurized and must remain refrigerated before and after opening.
How long are DeCheeso spreads good after opening?
For best quality, keep refrigerated in a clean area at all times, use clean utensils when serving to help avoid contamination, and consume within 3 weeks after opening.
Is DeCheeso cheese lactose-free?
Our aged hard grating cheeses are naturally lactose-free due to traditional cheesemaking processes, making them easier to digest without compromising on taste.
How should I store my products?
Keep all our products refrigerated at or below 40°F to maintain quality and food safety. Refrigerate products promptly after delivery or opening.
For DeCheeso cheese, wrap it in parchment or wax paper before placing it in an airtight container or resealable bag to help maintain freshness and texture.
Can I use DeCheeso cheese for cooking?

Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. To help ensure freshness, most orders ship Monday through Wednesday.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include processing time. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with the most accurate delivery updates.
Why didn’t my order ship immediately?
Because our products are perishable, we carefully schedule shipments to help ensure freshness and avoid extended transit times during weekends.
How is my cheese shipped to stay fresh?
We use insulated packaging with ice packs to keep your cheese fresh during transit. Our shipping process ensures it arrives in perfect condition.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Because our products are perishable, we recommend refrigerating your order as soon as possible after delivery. Please monitor tracking updates closely and avoid leaving packages outside for extended periods, especially during warm weather.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
What if my cheese arrives damaged?
If your cheese arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at support@decheeso.com with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll work to make it right.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we may not be able to accommodate cancellations. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible to update your address. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
Do you offer refunds for delayed shipments?
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers. However, if there is a significant issue, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
