Refund policy

At DeCheeso, we take pride in delivering the highest quality cheese and spreads to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and gladly assist with any order issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a resolution, we require:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label.
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Send this information to support@decheeso.com, and our team will review your request. If approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:

  • Your order was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item(s).
  • Your package was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations & Address Changes

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or address changes once an order has been placed. If you need to update your details, contact us immediately at support@decheeso.com.

Shipping Delays & Non-Refundable Situations

  • We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers.
  • We are not responsible for orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided.
  • If an order is left outside for an extended period after delivery, we cannot be responsible for spoilage.
  • Customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating products after delivery.
